App doesn’t work. Go to change password and input new one and it says password invalid. Tried several times changing with updated passwords and same result. Needs to be updated or thrown in the garbage can.

Great app but it needs a print option. Its been 5yrs come on please mobile app needs to have a print option. Not everyone has a computer other than a phone or tablet. You can do it!!!!! Thanks in advance Frank Saunders

First of all, app compatibility with devices is the worst, it crashes every time I try to log in the first time, no option to print my files, need to close app every single time I want to check a different document because the buttons disappear having same issues on both iPad and iPhone

The Doc Agent apps works okay. The app needs to be updated for newer phones and needs to be more efficient. The app force closes from time to time on newer devices such as the iPhone XS MAX and new iPad Pro. The app hasn’t been updated in 4 years and people use this app for work related purposes. Please update and fix these issues. Thank you.

Can’t print my W2 from the app this is very annoying

Locks up. Can’t print or export.

Keep getting an error message telling me it can’t connect to internet whether I’m on WiFi or on mobile data iPhone 8plus

No issues now. Once I realized my client ID was not my work ID and it said what it was right their on the screen when I tried to log in from a computer.

Unfortunately...I can't always login "invalid client id" error. It would be nice if there was a print button added. One last thing...please go back to having updated info available on Monday and not a few hours before paycheck is deposited into bank account on Thursday morning.

I have been trying this for months. I'm am still unable to log into my ace because it's saying my corp id is wrong. I have verified it many times and it still won't let me. Please update the app if you can.

One star until the ability to save/print from your phone is added.

There is no way to print a paystub within the app. Kind of pointless if you need to send this information a bank or to have your own hardcopies.
